Today we got up to a cool but not cold morning. Rose was feeling better and chose to ride. The mileage today was 77 miles so we started early. It was absolutely beautiful and a great day to ride.
We started out through the Sonoran Desert National Monument. It was filled with Saguaro cactus and other desert foliage. It was gorgeous and made for a great ride. I tried to get as much of that in the video as I could and Rose's pictures show it also.
Rose hung back with Bert and let me off the leash to ride as fast as I wished. It made for a fun day. Rose managed to do all but 7 miles. She is still under the weather but getting better we hope.
Towards the end of the ride we rode by the Rid River Feed Lot. It had 150,000 head of cattle and we could smell the money.
